We are actively seeking Administrative Support Specialist with Hebrew working on-site from our office, located in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, who will play a vital role in creating and delivering exceptional customer experiences for our client - trendy social media platform which offers a creative space to make and share engaging videos.

Your day-to-day work will be connected to:
Evaluating user-generated content posted on the platform to ensure it complies with community guidelines, terms of service, and legal regulations;
Handling user reports of inappropriate content, investigating each report thoroughly and taking appropriate action;
Ensuring the quality of content by identifying trends, analyzing user behavior, and providing feedback to improve community engagement and user experience;
Maintaining records and documentation of activities to ensure transparency and accountability.

You will align well with our team if you possess:
Fluency in Hebrew;
Good English skills;
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment;
Team collaboration and interpersonal skills;
Capability to identify the optimal solution for every situation;
Keen attention to detail coupled with excellent communication skills;
Proficiency in active listening and demonstrating empathy.
