Your role as a Customer Relations Consultant is to:

· Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;

· Manage communication with customers via calls, email and chat;

· Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction;

· Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.

Your capabilities include:

· Proficiency in either of the following languages - German, Dutch, English, French, Russian, Italian, Hungarian, Serbian, Greek, Swedish, Turkish, Czech, Norwegian, Romanian, Portuguese;

· Very good English competency;

· Proactive and dynamic personality, with good attitude towards the clients;

· Outstanding communication skills and positive attitude.
