We are looking for the right balance between knowledge of games and an ability to deliver great customer support.
For one of our client we are searching for- Gaming Support Specialist with German,French,Dutch,Italian,Spanish,Portuguese.

Responsibilities:
* Responds to customers inquiries in a prompt, professional and friendly manner. Provides information and troubleshoots to solve customer problem;
* Knowledge of games and an ability to deliver great customer support;
* Providing support via e-mails and chat sessions in a prompt, professional and friendly manner;
* Following client documented call flows, data entry requirements and complaint management processes.

Requirements:
* Fluent in German,French,Dutch,Italian,Spanish,Portuguese;
* Good English;
* Positive attitude;
* Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
