We are now looking for dynamic, motivated, ambitious young people to join our Verification and Compliance team.

Your profile:

•Fluent in German or Spanish, both written and spoken;
•English language - at least B1 level;
•A self-starter who displays a high level of attention to detail;
•Responsible and diligent;
•A team player with excellent communication skills;
•Computer literacy- Internet, MS Office;
•Ability to work with numerous procedures.

• Communicate with clients via phone, e-mail or live chat;
•Perform verification processes and maintain in-depth knowledge about the company's compliance procedures;
•Provide assistance for inquiries related to the company services;
•Work to resolve inquiries with relevant company department;
•Provide consistent feedback to supervisors.
