We are looking for a motivated and communicative Customer Support Representative for our partner, to join a team serving clients from the US market.

Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate with customers via email, chat, and/or phone
• Handle inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional manner
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Work with CRM systems and internal tools
• Follow internal procedures and company standards

Working Hours:
• Late shifts aligned with US time zones:
– 15:00 – 00:00
– 16:00 – 01:00
– 17:00 – 02:00
– 18:00 – 03:00
– 19:00 – 04:00
– 20:00 – 05:00

Requirements:
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Previous customer support experience is an advantage but not required
• Good computer literacy
