Payments & Verifications Specialist - Online Casino & Betting

Оur client is a is a licensed online casino focused on delivering a secure, seamless and entertaining player experience. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Payments & Verification Specialist to join our operations team and support the day-to-day processing of customer payments, account verifications and compliance-related checks.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling deposits, withdrawals and customer verification processes, while ensuring accuracy, speed, regulatory compliance and excellent internal coordination with Customer Support, Risk & Fraud and CRM teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process client deposits and withdrawals through automated systems.
• Monitor automated payments and report any irregularities.
• Resolve client inquiries and issues related to deposits and withdrawals.
• Handle verification requests for client accounts and validate automated verifications.
• Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and regulatory requirements (KYC/AML).
• Prepare reports and provide analysis on processed transactions and verifications.
• Collaborate closely with Risk, CRM, and Customer Support teams to ensure transaction safety and accuracy.

What we are looking for:
• Previous experience in payments, back-office operations, KYC, fraud, AML or financial operations is considered a strong advantage.
• Experience in online gaming, betting, fintech, e-commerce or payment services will be considered a major plus.
• Good understanding of customer verification processes, document review and payment operations.
• Familiarity with KYC/AML principles and handling sensitive customer information.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and sense of responsibility.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks and meet operational deadlines.
• Good computer literacy and ability to work with multiple internal systems.
• Very good command of Bulgarian and working level of English.
• Team player with a proactive attitude and high level of integrity and confidentiality.
