On the behalf of one of our clients a telecommunications company, we are looking to hire HR Project Lead to join their team of professionals.

What will you be doing?

Play a leading role in the successful execution of the implementation of HR strategic & operational priorities in our Sofia office;
The 1st 3months will be spent working with external consultants on the resourcing requirements of the Sofia office, alongside this the focus will be on the development of our rewards & benefits strategy;
Working directly with the Sofia site-lead and the wider HR department on identifying key requirements, ensure project goals are met, capturing learning, allocating remedial actions and embedding a culture of continuous improvement;
Work independently and proactively manage all local HR aspects in this location and support with the embedment of the companys culture;
Support with employee life cycle, benefits administration, liaising with vendors, suppliers and service providers for ongoing purchases; office and travel administration (upon request);
Contribute to the implementation of local best practices in HR: development of policies, employee data management, integrity and accuracy; reporting and document administration;
Have the ability to harness virtual resources - there will be an ongoing requirement to work with HR peers & business Leaders, and you will need to engage and direct a variety of stakeholders to achieve results.

What do we want from you?

Demonstrate in-depth technical knowledge across all aspects of Bulgarian employment legislation, other jurisdictions would be an advantage;
Knowledge of local vendors, suppliers and service providers;
Excellent English both in written and verbal communication and presentation skills - with a need to influence and impress right from the outset, German language skills would be a plus;
Experience leading the HR strategy from implementation to business as usual, in a new office or territory, is highly advantageous.
