Our company is providing account, finance and administration support to our mother companies in Scandinavia on the principle of quality and effectiveness improvement targeting service excellence.

For our new established branch in Plovdiv, Bulgaria we are looking for right persons around which we will expand our activities as part of Cargoworld Denmark A/S (part of NTG group).

Right person for this position has:
* University degree in Finance, Economics or a business related subject
* 2 – 3 years accounting experience in Accounts Receivable and credit management, preferably in forwarding company.
* Excellent knowledge of accounting, credit management & accounts receivable processes.
* Experienced user of Microsoft applications.
* Ability to work with strict and tight deadlines.
* Responsible and creative, action oriented, with attention to detail and accuracy.
* Very good customer service and comunication skills, problem analysis and problem solving skills.
* Fluent in English both written and verbal.


Your key responsibilities will be:
* Preparing consolidated statements, conducting credit checks on all customers (our branches and external agents world-wide).
* Accurate and on time completing of customer accounts:
- Posting of incoming payments
- Posting of outgoing payments
- Reconciliation of bank accounts
- Posting of incoming invoices from vendors
- Controlling and settling of Global statements with foreign agents (advanced reconciliation of outstanding amounts both regarding debtors and creditors)

* Ensuring that all receipts from customers are applied on time and accurate manner to their accounts.
* Assessing the credit risk as per defined rules and manages a workflow for appropriate approvals.
* Monitoring and reporting on deviations from credit standards.
* Preparing bad debt reports to debt collect agents.
