Our client Sitel, a leading international BPO company, is now expanding to Varna. The company will be opening its first Shared Service Center in the beginning of 2015. We are currently looking for:
Learning Specialist

Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Defines the needs of training and development of the employees in the company.
- Conducts training of all new employees.
- Conducts soft skill trainings.
- Conducts professional tests for checking behavioral characteristics for the needs of training and development of the employees
- Organizes training activities and facilities according the training plan in the company.
- Organizes and coordinates training in company with Operations Managers, Team Managers and Mentors.
- Arranges training, depending on the requirements and needs of the clients.
- Work with employees who need individual approach.
- Works on the constant improvement and updating of the respective programs.
- Prepares and analyzes KPIs for assessing the performance and effectiveness of training.

Qualification:
Previous Experience:
- Must have previous experience in the human resources field.
- Excellent understanding of spoken and written German and English.
- Excellent knowledge and use of computer technology (MS Office applications, internet, etc.)
Skills:
- Strong customer service orientation, analytical and decision making skills.
- Flexibility and ability to work in a fast- paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proactive attitude - task and target oriented person.
- Ability to develop employees through motivation and training.
- Ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Team work.
