JUNIOR RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST with GERMAN LANGUAGE


You will be responsible for different tasks in the entire recruitment process concerning pre-selection, selection and assessment of the candidates. You have to be ready to communicate in German and English languages every day and to interview people from different nationalities via skype and on site.

Some of your duties:

- Preparation and publishing of job advertisements in English and German languages;
- Pre-screening and testing candidates after revising their resumes;
- Conducting interviews with short-listed candidates;
- Matching them to our open positions and follow up after sending them;
- Daily internal and external communication in German, English and Bulgarian languages with other members of the team and company's clients.

Requirements for this position:

- Deep interest in the field of HR, especially in the recruitment process;
- Very good command of German language (B2/C1) - both written and spoken;
- Very good command of English language;
- Bachelor degree or a last-year student;
- Strong communication and presentation skills;
- Self-organised and self-motivated person;
- Positive attitude to work & life.

The company would consider as an advantage:

- 6+ months professional experience in this field.
