A great opportunity to join a well established company in London opening a branch in Plovdiv.

We are seeking someone with a perfect written and spoken English language.

You will have to have a common computer knowledge and to be able to work with Excel spreadsheets, Word documents and Outlook.

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be dealing with customer inquiries and complains. You will be working solemnly with foreign customers therefore your English should be perfect.

Keeping accurate notes of customer communications, you will inform customers for all of our services and best deals. You will have to book any service inquiries and deal with any arisen complaints on the phone or via email.

Additionally, you’ll carry out a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the business.

We will offer a start-up salary and a nice increase after your first 6 months. Training on the go will be provided by our experienced customer service manager.

You will have to work 8 hours from Monday to Friday and every other Saturday.
