A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our Experts and Management Search team! We are looking for a



Recruitment Consultant



who will participate in:



Establishing recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with our clients to discuss specific needs;

Creation of job posts in various channels, preselecting candidates, conducting interviews and presenting the perfect profiles to our clients;

Building applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies;

Assessing applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes;

Acting as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process;

Designing and implementing overall recruiting strategy.



What we need from you is to:



Have BS/MS in a relevant field;

Be pro-active, self-motivated and willing to meet and take on new challenges;

Have excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Bulgarian and English;

Have at least 1 year of previous experience in recruitment and various selection processes (interviewing, reference check etc);

Possess strong decision making skills.
