For one of our key clients we are currently looking for School Guidance Counselor with English.

Main responsibilities:

Provide assistance and expertise to establish the social emotional comfort conducive to learning
Coordinate and provide individual and group support
Assist and advise the teachers with constructive support strategies
Support actively the development of the school behavioral program

Requirement for the role:

BA or MA in child’s psychology with courses in child’s pedagogy
Experience working with school settings and with K-12 students
Works well with others from diverse backgrounds
Fluent English languages skills
Excellent listening skills and organizational skills
Empathy and self-control
Focuses on solving conflict
Maintain confidentiality
Remain open to others’ ideas and contributing to building a positive team spirit
Demonstrated ability to successfully work with children, teenagers and parents
