Currently, for one of our clients, an international company, a leader in its field, we are looking for a motivated individual to join their team as:

Internal HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize all processes of recruitment and selection and conduct interviews with applicants;
• Ensure all manpower needs are met as per the company budget;
• Coordinate all internal HR processes in the company;
• Communicate effectively all the decisions related to employee relationships and similar;
• Organize all the processes regarding employee administration, keeping employee profiles up-to-date.

Skills and qualities:

• University degree;
• Fluent English (written and spoken);
• At least 5 years of experience in general HR;
• Very good computer literacy: MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook;
• Strong interpersonal skills;
• Good planning and organisational skills;
• Effective communication.
