Responsibilities:

The Talent Sourcing Specialist shapes and leads the talent sourcing activities in line with the recruitment plan and priorities. The Sourcing Specialist builds networks for key pipelines and drives forward the sourcing process. He/she prioritizes the workload within the sourcing team to ensure candidate pipeline meets priority roles to be recruited. The successful candidate will be the labour market subject matter expert and should provide market insight regularly to help fulfil the future recruitment needs.

Short listing CV’s against the JD requirements, actively reviewing and challenging the diversity of the candidate pool.
Delivering innovative sourcing solutions to meet business growth needs and generate diverse pools of candidates.
Proactively searching for sourcing the best candidates using a variety of channels that are aligned to effectively communicate the employer brand.
Partnering the business and the TA team members to assess current talent needs and to predict and address future resourcing needs by talent pool assessment, market research and compensation benchmark using various sources.
Using Experian HR System to drive the end to end recruitment process, recording all relevant details associated with the candidate management process.
Analyse and identify trends in Talent Acquisition and provide regular reports and insight to key stakeholders to measure the success of the recruitment activities.
Manages candidate background check procedure.
Requirements:
A minimum of 1 year of experience of end to end recruitment lifecycle.
Experience of direct and indirect sourcing channels and how to build and manage pipelines of candidates.
Uses judgement and demonstrates good levels of stakeholder management.
Fluent level of English
Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
Knowledge in ATS and/or HR systems
Highly results-orientated, resilient and tenacious with a ‘can-do’ approach that will continually seek out improvements and delivers great results consistently.
Team worker who can also manage individual tasks effectively.
Good prioritization and organizational skills.
