411 Marketing is a fast growing online advertising agency with offices on three continents. We specialize in Local & Organic SEO, Web Design, Copywriting and Online Marketing. Due to our increasing customer base, we are currently looking for a Data Entry Specialist for our growing Accounting Department based in Varna.


Responsibilities:

- Keep track and process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Ensure accurate data entry into company’s database programme and accounting programme (work with american accounting programme - QuickBooks)
- Verify discrepancies and resolve billing issues
- Generate reports detailing accounts receivable activity


Requirements:

- Excellent command of English language;
- Previous professional experience in a data entry role will be an advantage;
- Very good computer knowledge;
- Capable of meeting deadlines
