Technical Support with German

Within the cluster Workplace and unified Communications our client provide a global end-to-end operation of workplace services (hardware and software at the workplace, MyCom, all phones, collaboration tools, SharePoint) and customer-oriented continuous innovation. This includes vendor/supplier/outsourcing management (e.g. DXC, BT) as well as strategic development of workplace services; product and hardware management up to various service offerings regarding end-user support or digitalization activities.


This Is Your Job:
· Processing of incidents and requests according to agreed SLA
· Accept end-user phone calls and classify incidents and requests
· Escalation to the next higher level if required
· Initial solution as far as possible, if necessary, taking account of costs, within agreed service levels
· Documentation and update of incidents and re-quests
· Coordination of hardware orders
· Creation, maintenance and updating of relevant tech-desk documents and processes
· Maintenance of existing documentation; FAQ/Knowledge Base
· It user consulting: Help with faults or inquiries about IT
· User support for the creation of requests, e.g. for backup and restore requests
· User administration (mailboxes; software distribution; user accounts; lock/reset Password
· 8x5 Working schedule

Your Educational Qualifications and Experience:

· Education: University, Technical College or comparable professional experience
· Role Specific Experience: 1+ years of experience
· Experience in customer and desktop support
· MS Windows аnd Microsoft 365 related tasks experience
· ITIL understanding

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Excellent level of German (written and spoken) minimum B2, preferred C1
· Customer / service oriented manner
· High ability to work under pressure even at difficult conditions
· Good team player with high ability to work in cross-locational and international teams
