Our client is company in trading of new and second hand agricultural technic, who is seeking to employ for Sofia:

ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE ASSISTANT

Requirements:
- Proper university degree in area of engineering, economy;
- Experience on similar position-minimum 3 years;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English;
- Excellent command in written and spoken Bulgarian;
- Experience in working with and organization of business correspondence in Bulgaria and abroad;
- Excellent computer skills;
- Experience in work with office equipment;
- Experience in work with documentation;

If you are with representative appearance, communicate fluently in person or by phone, self-driven, motivated person, with sense of responsibility and loyalty, you are your perfect candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Receiving and systematization of incomming correspondence in accordance with the established order and providing for consideration of the CEO;
- Receiving and transmission of information by office acceptance-transmitting devices, organization of CEO's telephone conversations and meetings, receiving and sending emails, faxes and emails;
- Reception and transmission of documents for signature;
- By order of the CEO carrying out the preparation of various meetings, providing the necessary materials and informing the participants about the time, place and agenda of meetings;
- Recording the documents obtained in accordance with rules of the company and providing storage and transmission in the registry;
- Developing the necessary confidentiality of the information they receive and take the necessary measures for its proliferation;
- Completion of other specific tasks assigned by the CEO related to the performance of the duties;
- Bear the responsibility for the timely receipt and despatch and orders received;
- Wear responsibility for untimely or incorrect execution of an order, and distribution of information obtained regarding the company and its managers;

Organizational links and relationships
- The position is subject to the CEO of the company;
- In the performance of its obligations performs organizational links and relationships with all employees in the company;
- Making contacts with managers and experts from other companies, government bodies and institutions.
