Key objective of the role:

Execute and monitor data processing workflows on a big data research platform
Support regular data releases and data quality assurance for different country markets
Communication with different parties in a global organization
Main Responsibilities:

Execute and monitor predefined procedures for processing of market research data
Participate in regular data releases for different local and global markets
Proactively support data quality assurance and provide timely escalations of quality issues
Work with various custom and open source data processing applications
Provide expertize and consultations on the processed data and related products
Align with related global teams – product, data science, software development
Cooperate with data providers, local and global research teams
Assist in related training and documenting of the team knowledge
Assist in the deployment of new data processing workflows

Requirements

Required competencies/skills:
​Minimum of 1 year related work experience (data quality, data research, data management, statistics, data processing)
Professional experience with data query scripting and tools (e.g. SQL, SPSS, R / SAS)
Good knowledge of data research and data quality management
Advanced analytical skills and details attitudeVery good level of English language and good communication skills
Basic understanding of internet technologies and big data concepts
Advanced in MS Office
Candidates’ Advantages:​
​Knowledge of Apache Hadoop technologies and tools (e.g. M/R, PIG)
Data analytics and statistics related work experience
Experience in big data research and data processing
