C3i Healthcare Connections, a division of Telerx, is an American company, leading provider of technical support services for life sciences companies worldwide. We operate in the field of Information technologies (IT) and their application for the needs of the Pharmaceutical industry and clinical research organizations. Since we had opened the office in Sofia, Bulgaria in 2005, we managed to attract many talented and motivated people and helped them develop their potential.

To ensure the expansion of our Operations Center in Sofia, Bulgaria we are now looking to recruit a Human Resources Administrator.

Description:
The Human Resources Administrator will provide broad administrative support to all Human Resource functions. The role is actively engaged in the administration of personnel, maintenance of HR documentation and contributing to diverse HR initiatives and projects.

Responsibilities:
• Create and file employees’ records as per the Bulgarian regulations and company’s internal procedures so that information is accurate and secure.
• Process HR-related data regarding: hiring process, new employees, transfers, salary progression, termination process, job history, retirement, insurance documentation, etc.
• Respond to inquiries from employees, managers and external agencies (such as government departments, vendors, partners, etc.) about individual and organization - wide human resource information, in compliance with the Bulgarian regulations and the organization's standards of privacy and confidentiality;
• Responsible for employee access cards circulation
• Responsible for administration of the employees’ benefits program
• Perform statistical staff reports for monitoring of demographics, absences, employee turnover, etc.
• Supports administratively all roles in the Human Resources team

Job Requirements
Education:
• Bachelor degree will be considered an advantage
• Experience in the administration field would be considered an advantage
Skills & Competencies:
• Effective oral and written communication skills in English
• Personal efficiency
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure
• Attention to details, enjoy working with numbers and documents
• Strong PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Interpersonal skills

• Business ethics and high level of confidentiality
