For one of our clients – we are looking for Sales Agent with English - forex and cryptocurrency
You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information. Customer support will be phone response based.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound sales calls in an effort to serve customers and suit their individual needs;
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints;
* Builds and maintains customer relationships;
* Educate potential clients about crypto currency/ FOREX trading, CFDs/ binary option and promote client's products and services;

Requirements:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
* Other language will be considered an advantage - German/ Russian/ Dutch/ Arabic/ Swedish/ Italian/ Spanish/ French;
* Knowledge of crypto currency/ FOREX trading, CFDs/ binary option is a plus;
* Strong work ethic and goals to grow to the next level;
* Ability to prioritize and multitask;
* Positive and professional demeanor.
