Who we are:

WTS is a leading, global financial services company expanding its operations in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Your Role:

We are now seeking a highly motivated, organized and upbeat individual to join our team as Senior Recruitment Specialist. This position will help to establish and scale our business in Sofia.

Key Responsibilities:
• Source, screen, select and hire top talent;
• Proactively use e-recruitment tools, job boards and Social Media to locate the required candidates;
• Create new and innovative recruitment solutions and keep up-to-date with new trends in recruiting;
• Manage every stage of recruitment and candidate selection process;
• Keep records of the recruitment process and provide relevant reports when requested;
• Provide feedback to employees and managers;
• Maintain excellent standards of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality at all times;
• Assist in implementing the Employer Branding strategy of the company

Our expectations:
• At least two years of experience in the field of Recruitment is required;
• Fluency in written and spoken English;
• Experience of using social media for recruitment e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter;
• Excellent communication skills, positive attitude and high level of initiative;
• Flexible, self-motivated with the ability to multitask.
