Recruitment Professional
The recruitment professional is in charge of end to end recruitment process including identifying potential candidates for various job positions and internal client specifications, while creating a stable and efficient workforce for the company.
Main responsibilities:
• Execute all aspects of the recruitment process;
• Gather and summarize management’s requirements regarding job vacancies;
• Proactively source candidates via social media;
• Evaluate candidates and recommend best-fit candidates;
• Negotiate job offers with managers and candidates;
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Hiring Managers to create partnerships that produce results;
• Research and develop new recruiting sources and strategies that produce diverse applicant pools and meet the needs of the business.

Required qualifications and skills:
• Relevant work experience in the field of recruitment at least 3 years;
• Advanced level of English, written and spoken;
• Knowledge of other languages such as French / Spanish / Italian / German is an advantage;
• Good self-management skills: task-oriented, deadline-oriented, result oriented.
