Customer Service Agent with Spanish/Polish
If you:
• Are fluent in Spanish or Polish language and want to develop in multinational environment;
• Have good command in English;
• Enjoy administrative tasks and creative thinking;
• Want every work day to be different;
• Don't have previous or have little work experience;
• Are a dynamic person who likes challenges;
• Posses friendly attitude, strong communication skills and willingness to work in a team.
Your duties:
• Communicate daily with Spanish/Polish clients;
• Ability to provide expert advice and accurate information to customers via email/phone/chat
• Provide clear and concise documentation of all cases;
• Establish a career in multinational environment.
