On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Your job:

• You will be involved in growing and expansion of the TEC activities in Bulgaria – facing a great diversity of profiles, internal clients, business specific demand and requirements;

• You will have the freedom and resources to expand and develop already used sourcing channels; propose and implement good practices in sourcing and recruitment; bring your own impact in building the TEC Sofia Center as one of the biggest R&D centers;

• As an equal partner you will be involved in all employer branding, sourcing and recruitment activities;

• You will have a significant impact by being part of overall recruitment strategy development and improvement in order to meet internal clients’ demand and requirements in a timely manner;

• You will have the chance to gain experience and acquire new skills and knowledge by working with interesting and challenging team of professionals and using large diversity of learning sources and programs;

• You will have the chance to expand your knowledge in other areas of HR in a mature HR organization.

Requirements:

• At least B2 Level of English language; knowledge of German language will be considered as an advantage;

• Very good command of MS Office; experience with SAP will be considered as an advantage; Professional Competencies and Requirements:

• Proven track of 2+ years of experience in proactive sourcing and recruiting (preferably – in HR Agency);

• Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ideally – SuccessFactors Recruiting, Bamboo HR);

• Deep knowledge in the local labor market;

• Excellent negotiation skills, able to prioritize in fast-paced business environment;

• Capable of making fast decisions and taking the responsibility for the results in dynamic and changing environment;

• Oriented towards goals achieving and results;

• Focused on the added value for the internal and/or external clients;

• Team player, able to work in a multicultural working environment;

• Thinking out of the box, creativity and continuous improvement attitude;

• Flexible, adaptable, open to meet the change and acquire new knowledge and skills.
