HR Analyst

Main responsibilities:

• Create and deliver reports and metrics to support HR and the business;
• Prepare and disseminate reports and dashboard key process indicators;
• Provide an education service on what reports can do and how they can be utilized effectively to provide business support;
• Collaborate with HR Management to use all available reporting tools;
• Participate in defining HR data standards;
• Monitor ad hoc requests and make suggestions to reduce ad hoc requests while maintaining level of service and meeting business needs.
• Support the Global Reporting strategy.

Required qualifications and skills:

• Knowledge and understanding of the HR and Payroll processes;
• Experience with HR information systems (SAP SuccessFactors) or similar -3 years or above;
• Relevant university degree;
• Fluent English, both written and verbal;
• SAP HR Adhoc Query skills;
• Excellent Microsoft office skills;
• Ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.
