We are currently looking for Senior Business Support Analyst to join our Decision analytics Application Support team. Contributing to client delivery and service levels by providing 2nd line business related product support to clients using the Experian Core DA product set. Work will include dealing with live product configuration incidents (investigate & fix), system enhancements (requirements definition and implementation) and system optimizations.
Job Title: Senior Business Support Analyst
Responsibilities:

Coaching team members and recognise weaknesses and utilise strengths of team members;
Own personal development plan and awareness of overall team’s availability;
Implementing key processes and be agile in approach to clients;
Respond to ST issues /escalation;
Seeking process improvements;
Perform Quality reviews Escalations;
Awareness of the administrative part;
Internal Stakeholder Management;
Awareness of team Objectives and KPI’s;
Ensure USD and SWR’s are kept up to date;
Actively post and approve KB articles;
Always keep the client up to date with progress;
Produce medium change specifications;
Produce estimates for Change requests;
Perform full investigation on complex cases;
Do prioritization for others and maintain SLA awareness;
Perform Optimisation reviews and provide solutions advice on EDA products;
Building and testing of CRs with no supervision;
Actively seeking revenue opportunities and efficiencies;
Ensure that data capture is accurate and timely;
Focus on key business KPI’s and targets.
