We are on the search for an independent and determined leader with extensive experience in a shared service center. The candidate chosen will play a leading role in the successful execution of the implementation of HR strategic & operational priorities in the newly established SSC of our client in Sofia.

Yor day-to-day duties:
Execute full-cycle recruitment processes within a broad and complex portfolio by partnering with stakeholders across the organization;
Lead, inspire, and cultivate a team of HR Admin Agents;
Leverage HR Admin Agents performance metrics and KPIs to set and achieve goals, hold self and team accountable, improve effectiveness, and drive strategic planning;
Identify opportunities to effectively simplify, standardize and automate processes and procedures;
Ensure the whole hire-to-retire process is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.

Your profile
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR management and several years of HR administration experience;
Excellent knowledge of German language, as well as good English Skills;
In-depth technical knowledge across all aspects of German/Swiss employment legislation, other jurisdictions would be an advantage;
Strategic planning and Budget planning experience;
Knowledge in using SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM and e-dossier by aconso is an advantage;
Independent, with strong leading skills;
Flexible, stress-resistant and motivated personality.
