For our client – a Leasing company, we are currently looking for a passionate and enthusiastic person, to provide administrative assistance on the position of:

Front office assistant (Part time)

Responsibilities:

- Welcoming guests,
- Communicating with clients and subcontractors
- Taking care of the office supplies,
- Communication with courier companies, etc.
- Support the team with daily administrative tasks depends on the needs

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or a university student (able to work on a part-time position)
- Excellent English level
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Word), Internet
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Supportive and friendly attitude
