For our client, global provider of investment decision support tools for the private capital market, we are looking for young, dynamic and enthusiastic professional to join their team as:

HR AND ADMINISTRATIVE PROFESSIONAL

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, select and assist in the onboarding process for new hires;
• Ensure compliance with all applicable domestic employment laws, regulations and workplace policies;
• Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies; coach, mentor and discipline staff;
• Serve as the point person for duties including: vendors, maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, bills, etc.;
• Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease; coordinate with IT service provider on all office equipment;
• Design and implement office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments;
• Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions;
• Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning and security services;
• Ensure filing systems are maintained and current; monitor procedures for record keeping; ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data;
• Address employees’ queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationary, hardware, supplies).

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience and knowledge in various of HR/recruitment field;
• High proficiency in English - excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Positive and pro-active personality;
• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment;
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work;
• Strong interpersonal skills;
• Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative management practices and procedures;
• Knowledge of human resources management practices and procedures;
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Outlook);
