Main Responsibilities:

• Payroll activities: processing of input payroll data; checking and validation of output reports; communication with external payroll provider;
• Ensure that proper HR info is available for payroll and accounting calculation activities;
• Supports the administration of benefits by managing dependents, benefits enrollment and cancelling;
• Maintain HR system (Workday) in respect of position, structure and headcount data accuracy;
• Maintain remote contacts (by either e-mail or telephone) with the employees, answering questions and addressing that specialized HR people when needed;
• Keep record of vacations requests and absences and process them into the system;
• Organize, coordinate and ensure proper maintenance of payroll paperwork and documents needed for governmental and/or business reporting.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• University degree in Business administration or related field;
• Experience and knowledge in various of HR 3+ years, including payroll activities;
• Experience in Shared Service environment is an advantage;
• Fluency in English (written and spoken);
• Excellent computer skills: MS Office package, proficiency in Excel;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Works effectively and inclusively with a range of people;
• Diplomatic, discreet and adaptable.
