Personal Assistant to the CEO


Candidate profile:

Personality:

- Attention to detail;
- Dedication to quality and perfect results;
- Positive "I can" attitude;
- Ability to find creative solutions to problems;
- Strong communication skills;
- Strong time management and organizational skills;

Professional background and skills:

- Previous experience on a similar position in a corporate environment is a must;
- Fluency in English - written and verbal;
- In-depth knowledge of Bulgarian grammar and punctuation;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office - Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc;

Main responsibilities:

- Support the CEO in administrative and organizational tasks, as proceed timely reaction to instant situations;
- Precisely organize daily schedule of the CEO through mail/phone;
- Organize meetings, events and trips of the CEO;
- Prepare correspondence and reports to the CEO;
- Actively participates in the projects of Administrative team, as prioritize own tasks;
- Communicate and work closely with all teams and support them if needed;
- Organize incoming/outgoing communication with clients, colleagues, suppliers, etc.
