Our client - one of the world's leading companies in climate control and thermal management for the automotive industry, is looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious professional for the position of Supplier Quality Technician to join their team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent language skills and experience in supply chain.

Obligations and responsibilities:

Responsible for supplier incidents management in terms of opening supplier claims and installation of a firewall in agreement with production site and supplier;
Participation in daily analysis meetings;
Coordination of sorting activities;
Participation in daily analysis meetings to support failure analysis and to agree on short term improvement activities;
Opening of supplier incident claims in BHTC incidents management system with clear failure description including loading of analysis data, pictures and other available info;
Ensuring to have a firewall installed within 24 hours in agreement with production site and supplier by fixing suspect components, exchange nok with ok components, establish sorting at supplier or external validated supplier;
Organizing components transfer in case of external sorting and ensuring availability of enough ok components to feed production lines;
Adapting SAP system by releasing or fixing components and adding incoming inspection routine;
Weekly reporting of quality figures per supplier (ppm, number of incidents, open incidents, reaction time);
Participation to supplier quality meetings on BHTC site;
Storage of Initial Sample components and documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Electronics, Quality Management, Mechanics or other appropriate;
Knowledge in 8D Report and other quality and problem solving tools;
At least 1 years professional experience in production field (automotive or electronic manufacturing is an advantage);
Knowledge in SAP, MS Office;
Advanced knowledge of English;
Ability to work under pressure and stress resistance;
Problem solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
