On behalf of our client - a production company located in the city of Plovdiv, we are now looking for a motivated and self-driven individual to join their team on the position HR Manager.

Responsibilities:
♦ Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;
♦ Manage the recruitment and selection process;
♦ Oversee the day to day management of the recruitment process, including reviewing job descriptions, website advertising, updating of the company resource plan, sifting and selection of CV’s, attending interviews and selecting candidates;
♦ Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs;
♦ Nurture a positive working environment;
♦ Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

Requirements:
♦ Experience in talent management, succession planning and development, writing and delivering training programs – would be considered as a strong advantage;
♦ Experience in developing HR policies and procedures;
♦ Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications;
♦ Excellent communication аnd organizational skills.
