What You’ll be Doing:

As part of a virtual team the Sustainability and Technical Regulations Specialist will provide sustainability and technical regulation compliance information and resources to support HP’s sales teams in bids to customers that recognize the importance of global citizenship, sustainable practices and help customers ensure HP products are compliant to all applicable technical and regulatory standards.

On a typical day, you’ll:
Responding promptly and effectively to incoming sustainability and technical regulations inquiries from both internal and external customers;
Supporting HP sales teams by providing sustainability and technical regulations content for tenders and requests for information;
Liaising and escalating more complex inquires to sustainability and technical stewards and experts to ensure an accurate, professional response is delivered back to the customers;
Tracking all inquiries on a database;
Completion of team projects, largely focused on researching and collating information on specific sustainability and technical regulation topics.
