For a client of ours, one of the most successful IT companies, we are looking for an IT Resource Coordinator!

Position Description:

The Resource Coordinator will support the administration of the day-to-day operations of the resource management functions and duties within the SW Development department. The Resource Coordinator will carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas: recruitment and onboarding, resource and skills management, employee relations, training and development, employee administration etc.

Responsibilities:

• Support the resource management process and match resource supply with demand;
• Support and coordinate the recruitment process;
• Monitor the status, progress and timing of projects related to the resource management and recruitment;
• Manage the job offers, including negotiation and administration; support the onboarding process for new employees;
• Facilitate and take part in face-to-face and virtual meetings between job candidates and customers;
• Execute IT recruitment and staffing coordination and logistics tasks;
• Support the process of employees administration, timesheets management, resource bookings and planning, reporting;
• Prepare Resource Forecasting reports (track, analyze, and report consultant utilization across all business lines);
• Help with the implementation of services, policies, and programs within the SW development BU related to: employee orientation, performance management, trainings and development, company events, teambuilding events;

Requirements:

• Bachelor`s degree in HR or IT;
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and fluency in English;
• 1+ year of IT recruitment experience;
• Reasonable it knowledge;
• Experience in working with management and the demands of a progressive and evolving services organization;
• Knowledge of MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Excel, MS Word, Outlook, and other MS Office applications;
• Flexibility, adaptability and resilience;
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, facilitation, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, prioritization, and conflict resolution skills with a solid ability to identify stakeholders, assess their needs and manage their expectations through effective communication;
