When you join our team, you will:

•Support the design, optimization, implementation and monitoring of Logistics and processes in collaboration with the local and broader organization
• Analyze the effects and possibilities of digitalization on the business processes
• Support the business application of systems, provide 1st level technical assistance for applications, process change requests and solve user inquiries
• Support data utilization and data operations within systems
• Support the improvement of existing IT solutions in cooperation with relevant departments
• Ensure stable system usage and drive service-related system optimizations
• Support related programs within the department and the organization
• Support management on broader topics with analytics and initiatives
• Assess and implement customer and operational feedback

You match our need, if you have:

• University degree in business administration, engineering, IT, or related field
• 1,5 years of relevant job experience
• Strong data affinity with interest in digitalization and BI
• Experience with VBA, SQL, and BI tools
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with strive for lean, practical, and business-oriented solutions
• Commitment to team results within a multicultural environment and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently, responsibly, and proactively
• Diligent and systematic approach to work with good prioritization skills
• Fluency in English
