Our client takes into account its overall impact socially, economically, and environmentally, and launches initiatives to ensure its positive impact. They run annual children’s contest on the topic of sustainability and green innovation, whereas students in high-school have to submit a project proposal for financing. All finalists receive scholarships, and the winner receives BGN 5,000 financing for their project proposal. Our client also works in collaboration with Tuk-Tam NGO, and for two years now, awards students with scholarships for a Master’s degree in sustainability. The company is also a member of the Golden Circle of Teddy Bear NGO, which aims to provide financial and mentoring support to children from unprivileged backgrounds field.

We are currently looking for motivated and responsible professional for the role of Administrative Coordinator & Financial Assistant.

Main Responsibilities:
• Manage digital and paper filing systems;
• Record and track office expenditure;
• Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time;
• Manage the office budget and provide information and assistance to the management reporting function; ensure accurate and timely reporting;
• Work closely with the accountants to process invoices, and trace payments and receipts;
• Limited assistance with the annual closing to the financial reporting function;
• Prepare documentation related to health and safety and ensure that health & safety policies are implemented and up to date;
• Prepare relevant documentation (i.e., business trip reports, etc.) with respect to domestic and international travel of employees;
• Organize meetings and meeting schedules for the Finance and Administration department.

Qualifications / Skills:
• University degree (preferably in accounting, audit, finance);
• Prior relevant work experience is not required;
• Excellent (fluent) knowledge of English language (spoken and written);
• Very good command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.);
• High work ethics and ability to work with sensitive and confidential information;
• Strong communication skills;
• Ability to work effectively in a fluid, fast-paced and dynamic environment;
• Outstanding analytical, prioritizing, problem-solving and planning skills;
• Attention to detail.
