RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST


Your Responsibilities:
- Preparation and publishing of job ads
- Pre-screening of job applications
- Testing candidates' skills and knowledge
- Conducting interviews with short-listed candidates
- Daily internal and external communication in English, Bulgarian (in case you speak French, German or Serbian also can use your language skills)

Requirements:
- As a minimum 9 months of experience as a Recruitment Specialist
- University degree in Human Resources or relevant specialty
- Very good command of English language (B2/C1/C2) - both written and spoken
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-organised and self-motivated person.
