On behalf of our client we are looking for an experienced professional for the role of Personal Assistant:

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:
• Providing full assistance to the Executive Director's everyday routine;
• Managing business meetings, preparing agenda, providing support along the meetings;
• Managing business correspondence and telephone calls;
• Providing assistance in arranging business trips;
• Being responsible for document and communication flow and other administrative office-related activities;
• Act as the point of contact between the executives and all internal/external clients and vendors;
• Participating in negotiations with external suppliers;
• Taking part in organizing various corporate events and projects.


CANDIDATE’S REQUIREMENTS:
• Fluent English (C2);
• At least 3 years of professional experience in administrative field is a must (Office
Manager / Personal Assistant / Administrative Executive);
• Easy-going personality with great communication and diplomatic skills and an eye to details;
• Strong organizational and self-management and people-management skills;
• Diligent, reliable and hard-working individual with a desire for professional and career development;
• Excellent computer literacy (MS Office).
