Human Capital Store is looking for energetic and well organized individuals for our client, recognized as one of the most reliable industrial companies in Europe, to join their affiliate office team in Sofia as:Secretary
Primary duties and responsibilities:
- Coordinate the schedule and preparation for appointments and meetings for the CEO
- Develop a Region/country specific marketing strategy, ensuring optimal use of local communication channels
- Deliver a coordinated (calendar) overview of all regional marketing activities periodically
- Support the CEO with special projects, both internal and external
- Assist with work requests and work orders for the department
- Cover the front desk reception as required
- Business trips
Competencies and skills:
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Competence and efficiency in computer applications with an interest and ability to learn new ones
- Experience in overlapping areas of event planning and marketing
- Excellent organizational and office management skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Secretarial experience
