We are looking for an Administration Specialist with German language, with interest in finance, insurance and accounting. Our client is one of the leading Business Process Solutions companies on the market and operates globally helping leading multinational companies in multiple industries including insurance, banking, financial services, utilities, transportation and travel.

The company continues to grow in Bulgaria and is now looking for back-office administrators with financial and economics background. If you have an intermediate level of spoken and written German, a working level in English and you want to enjoy working in a multinational and friendly environment, this might be an interesting opportunity for You!


Responsibilities

• Review and approval of financial/accounting documentation
• Process client requests
• Process payments and invoices
• Communication with the client and colleagues from other departments of the company in different locations


Requirements

• Decent level in German language (between B1-C1)
• Working level of English (between B1-C1)
• University – Finance or Economics background will be considered as an advantage but is not mandatory
• Detail oriented candidate with professional attitude
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Ability to interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner
• Ability to follow standard filing procedures
