For one of our most respected clients - an international IT company that operates in Network, System, DB, IT Security Management - we are looking for an experienced Human Resource Business Partner. .

The HR Business Partner formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization and will be responsible for the development of the following four essential directions:
- Organizational planning and development;
- Development of skills and training;
- Performance Management and Career Planning;
- Incentives.

Requirements:
- University degree (Bachelor);
- Experience in the area of Human Resources at least 2 years;
- Knowledge of the IT industry;
- Proactive and result oriented;
- Negotiation and Problem solving skills,
- Conflict resolution and Decision-making skills;
- Very good English language skills.
