A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Specialist to join our INTERNATIONAL recruitment team in Varna !

Responsibilities:

• Implements the company's HR strategy
• Works on recruitment projects for expert and mid-level positions
• Performs and supervises the end-to-end recruitment process for various projects
• Prepares reports and analysis
• Makes suggestions for optimization and development of the internal processes
• Communicates actively with the head of the company in order to analyze the need for new staff and for training of the employees
• Communicates actively with customers in order to provide excellent service

Requirements:

• Recruitment experience in manning agency or experience on board a cruise ship is an advantage
• English proficiency is a MUST, second language (GERMAN or SPANISH) is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills and ability to quickly build relationships with customers and candidates
