EURORA CONSULT LTD with license number 2391 valid from 31.10.2017 seeks to hire for our client female office assistant for Slovakian financial company in Sofia.

Description of severity:

Ensuring processing with everyday administrative tasks in the company. Typical Responsibilities of office assistant are sorting correspondence, implementing and optimizing procedures, maintaining calendars, appointing appointments, ordering consumables, and collaborating with other departments. Successful office assistant should focus on skills such as administrative capabilities, problem solving, multitasking, attention to detail, office equipment knowledge, time management, and computer skills.
Preferably, a woman with administrative experience of at least 4 years in a financial institution.
The job position is also suitable for students with 20 working hours a week.

Requirements:

-min. 4 years of experience in a similar position
-English-communicative level
-High level of communication skills
-experience in an insurance company will be considered an advantage

Requirements:

-Development of documentation and customer requests
-Providing queries in specialized software
-Management of events - supporting the organization of corporate events
-Communication by email and telephone with clients, business partners and other internal departments.
-Change data in client documentation and manage client accounts
-Archive of documents
-Provide the necessary documentation for postal and postal messages.
