For one of our clients we are looking for Sales advisor with German

If you are interested in:

• Completing outbound calls to customer base and/or e-mail communications to existing or prospective customers on company initiatives such as: standard outcall campaigns, event recruitment, or vendor leads.
•Written communication with corporate customers and business partners
• Managing areas of focus to meet set targets and with regard to maintaining the existing customer base and revenue.
• Actively calling out to assigned customers to inquire about additional sales opportunities that have not yet been given to our client.
• Probing for add on solution selling opportunities during customer engagement conversations.
• Verifying pricing and expiration dates with end customers and resellers partners
• Advising and recommend on product options, add-ons and solutions best suited for customer and their end users.
• Being a point person and key contact for assigned customers’ in relationship with the company.

If you have gained:

• Commercial knowledge and/or equivalent work experience;
• 1+ years of customer facing experience
• Strong knowledge in German and English at intermediate level
• Advanced professional, effective telephone techniques and customer care
• Moderate computer and MS Office knowledge
• Strong organizational skills and problem solving agility also required
• Multi-task and respond to rapid change
• Perform duties with accuracy and with a strong degree of urgency
