THE ROLE

• You will be responsible for 2 existing offices in Varna and Burgas.
• You will be given the empowerment to develop business and current staff (recruit new employees in line with budget requirements) to quickly increase turnover and profitability.
• You will be a confident and effective manager who will utilize your portfolio of skills and industry experience to develop the Managers and Consultants ensuring they deliver consistent high levels of service to Clients and Candidates.
• You will be required to ensure all company and legal policies are strictly adhered to.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and maintain strong and long-term customer relationships.
• Oversee customer satisfaction and quality metrics. Maintain service levels within the prescribed targets.
• Develop a trusted adviser relationship with key accounts.
• Establish and maintain communication with current and potential clients.
• Review team member performance and discuss areas of improvement and excellence.
• Provide continual and ongoing support, coaching and development for team members.
• Work with the team and across the organization to define strategies, priorities and process improvements.
• Provide direct recruiting and sourcing expertise.
• Responsible for tracking and reporting recruiting metrics and performance.
• Analyze the labor market and works out sourcing strategy to increase candidates’ pipeline.
• Budget and P&L ownership.
• Functions as overall escalation point.

IDEAL PROFILE

• Experience in full recruitment life-cycle 3+ years.
• Experience in leading a team into achieving high levels of performance and improved operational effectiveness 3+ years.
• Proven account management or other relevant experience.
• Collaborative and consultative work style.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and time management skills.
