We are searching for an experienced professional for the position: Regional Recruitment Manager

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and develop a recruitment team of consultants with strive to professional high quality of service and work;
- Work with the team and across the organization to define strategies, priorities and process improvements;
- Analyze the labor market and works out searching strategy to increase candidates’ pipeline;
- Build a quality relationship with the internal and external customers;
- Budget and P&L ownership;
- Functions as overall escalation point.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in full recruitment life cycle;
- Experience in leading a team into achieving high levels of performance and improved operational effectiveness;
- Strong people management skills – ability to build relationships of trust, respect and productive interactions;
- Proven ability to analyze recruitment metrics and design improved strategies based on outcomes;
- Sense of urgency and ability to multitask in fast-paced environment;
- Refined communication style along with strong presentation and organizational skills;
- Excellent problem solving, analytical and time management skills;
- Collaborative and consultative work style.
