Our client is an international company currently looking for Spanish speaking Account Manager for their office in Sofia.

This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the many projects of the company and have the ability to develop and progress within a fast growing new team.

The core activity involves:
- Be the primary point of contact for customers from onboarding, to monthly calls, to product feedback;
- Build relationships with their contacts and understand customers’ business goals;
- Identify opportunities where their services can make a meaningful difference in the client’s success;
- Deliver regular reports and insights to customers;
- Work with different departments in the company to ensure smooth handoffs and clear communication;

Requirements:
- Ability to communicate freely in Spanish and English.
- Previous experience in B2B client services, account management, or email marketing;
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills;
- Strong organization skills - ability to manage and prioritize time effectively;
- Dynamic, innovative and target driven;
