Customer support Specialist with Bulgarian and Turkish/Специалист по поддръжка на клиенти с Български и Турски език


We are international company with offices in USA, Bulgaria, Czech Republic adn Romania and we are looking for a Bulgarian and Turkish speaking colleague to join our customer support team in either Prague or Gabrovo


Your main task is

-Call our clients and send them e-mail when is required
-Answer phone calls, reply e-mails from customers and provide accurate and complete information
-Communicate with our clients in Bulgarian and in Turkish language.



It is important to have:

-Perfect knowledge of Turkish and Bulgarian language (verbal and written)
-Minimmum Level A2 English
-Good communication skills
-Customer-oriented abilities
-Willingness to help people
